Roo’s Coffee Cart

Roo’s is a new independent coffee shop looking to make tracks in Chelmsford. They were in need of an intelligent EPOS system that can track all their orders quickly, integrate with their Sum Up payment gateway, and get in-depth reporting from the cloud.

Roo’s found the Kounta EPOS system, and got in touch with POS-uP to get started. We helped them get their account up and running, get the Sum Up integration working, and show them everything Kounta could do. We showed them how Kounta can manage option sets and variants, organised their menu so it was intuitive, and enabled special pricing for service workers.

Roo’s now love their iPad based EPOS system running Kounta and Sum Up. They can process transactions quickly and easily, giving them more time to build up a good customer rapport. They are now looking at opening more coffee carts in more train stations across the south.
