My Wines

My Wines is a restaurant/tasting room based in Gibraltar. After the success of using the Kounta EPOS system in their sister restaurant, Embers, they decided to implement it in their new location!

POS-uP helped My Wines to get their new account set up, and also configured the menu for them. This included adding variants of wines in small and large glasses, as well as taking home the entire bottle. Alongside the wine, they had a large menu of different-sized tapas and full meals, which were added to categories to make the Kounta menu intuitive. They found the in-depth reporting that Kounta provided to be great, as they could filter by time, product tags, user, and even the register that the sale was taken through.

The guys from My Wines now enjoy the Kounta EPOS system in both their restaurants, and will always come back to POS-uP for help in opening their next.
