CafeJac

CafeJac is a brand new Cafe and Cinema combined, allowing customers to chill out, watch a film and eat some delicious food. When a film isn’t on, it’s still a brilliant cafe! CafeJac wanted an EPOS system that allowed them to take orders from a fixed register and mobile registers, so they can operate like a normal cafe, with the functionality of being a table service cinema.

POS-Up recommended to set them up with Kounta, a cafe EPOS system that can be fixed and portable at the same time, thanks to cloud-based technology combined with iPads. We helped them get set up with their Kounta Account and sent out the required hardware for them to get started.

Now not only can CafeJac do everything they wanted through the Kounta cafe EPOS system, they now have access to in-depth reporting, quick and easy transactions and a simple interface, making training new staff easy. They love it so much, they are even looking at getting another Kounta register to make service even quicker.
