Doughnut Time started out in Australia in a hole in the wall in Brisbane, then expanded to 20 stores in Australia alone. They use Kounta in Australia and love it to bits, so when they decided to break into the UK market, their first choice was to get the Kounta EPOS system in the UK branches as well.
POS-Up helped Doughnut Time to set up their first store in London, providing hardware, remote installation and uploading and configuring their menu. The nature of their business entailed editing the menu every single week to reflect their newest and greatest creations, so our in-depth training helped them to learn Kounta inside and out, allowing them to use it to its full potential.
Doughnut Time has been received with great appreciation in the UK, and has now spread out to 4 stores, with more opening soon! Kounta’s simple system has allowed them to create new sections in the back office to separate out all the sites by themselves, where they can duplicate the menu over and report on each store individually, to see which stores are doing well.
